Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Shipping delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To request a return, replacement, or refund:

Return Process

For USA/Canada customers:

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a return address
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • JMY STORE is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

For Qatar/Middle East customers:

  • Return instructions will be provided based on your location and the supplier

Replacement Policy

  • Approved replacement requests will be shipped at no extra cost

Refund Policy
